Importing Data
Flippd now supports importing data into the app so you don't have to create inventory items one by one.
If you have data in the Flippd Excel spreadsheets, exports from platforms such as eBay and Poshmark, or exports from other systems, you can import that data into the Flippd system.

Step 1: Download and Populate the Import Template
The first step in importing your reseller inventory data into Flippd is to download the import template. You can find the link to the import template by tapping the button above. Once you've downloaded the template, populate it with your inventory data.
Step 2: Select the File to Upload
After you've populated the import template with your data, select the file to upload in Flippd. Click on the "Choose File" button and navigate to where you saved the import template on your computer.
Note: Ensure you don't change any of the columns, change the order or insert new columns
Step 3: Upload the Document and Let it Be Processed
Once you've selected the import template file, click on the "Upload" button. Flippd will then begin processing your data. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of your file.
Step 4: Review the Counts and Do the Import
After the import has been processed, review the counts to make sure they look accurate for listed, unlisted, and sold items. If everything looks good, go ahead and do the import. Flippd allows you to import up to 5000 items at a time. Once the import is complete, you will be taken to the Home Screen. The year dropdown in the header should dynamically update based on the years of the data.
Note: If you are importing a large amount of data, sometimes the app could hang. Feel free to close the app and restart and all of your data should be ready.
