Import your existing inventory data into Flippd quickly and easily using our AI-powered import assistant.
Our AI import assistant can read your existing spreadsheets, CSV files, or exports from platforms like eBay and Poshmark. Simply upload your file and let the AI map your data automatically. If you're starting fresh without existing data, download our template below.

Export Your Data from Your Platform
If you're already tracking inventory in a spreadsheet, using another app, or selling on platforms like eBay or Poshmark, export your data from there first. Most platforms and apps offer CSV or Excel exports. Our AI import assistant will automatically map your columns - no template needed! Only use the template above if you're starting completely fresh without any existing data.
Select Your File to Upload
In the Flippd app, go to Settings > Import Data and tap "Choose File". Select your exported CSV or Excel file. The AI will automatically detect and map your columns, so don't worry about formatting - just upload your file as-is!
Let the AI Map Your Data
After uploading, tap "Upload" and the AI will analyze your file and intelligently map your columns to Flippd's fields. You'll see a preview showing how your data will be imported. The AI handles different formats automatically - no manual mapping needed!
Review the Counts and Do the Import
After the import has been processed, review the counts to make sure they look accurate for listed, unlisted, and sold items. If everything looks good, go ahead and do the import. Flippd allows you to import up to 5000 items at a time. Once the import is complete, you will be taken to the Home Screen. The year dropdown in the header should dynamically update based on the years of the data.
Note: If you are importing a large amount of data, sometimes the app could hang. Feel free to close the app and restart and all of your data should be ready.
