Flippd's free plan gives you a generous allowance to get started with inventory tracking, expenses, mileage, and receipt scanning. Subscribers get unlimited inventory, expenses, and mileage, plus much higher daily AI allowances.

Expense and mileage allowances count entries dated in the current calendar month, so they start fresh each month. Barcode lookups and Price Research have the same daily allowance on every plan.

Subscriber Allowances
Subscribers on either the Monthly or Yearly plan get:
- Unlimited inventory items -- track as many items as you need
- Unlimited expense entries -- log every business expense
- Unlimited mileage entries -- record every trip
- 50 receipt scans per day and 500 inventory photo analyses per day -- daily allowances that ensure reliable processing for everyone
What Happens at a Limit
- When you reach a limit, Flippd lets you know and offers the option to upgrade
- Your existing data is never deleted or hidden -- you can always view and edit what you've already added
- Receipt scan allowances reset daily, so you get a fresh allowance each day

- Free plan allowances are a great way to explore Flippd before committing
- Your data stays safe even if you reach a limit -- nothing is lost
- Daily AI allowances (receipt scans, photo analysis, barcode lookups, Price Research) apply to both free and subscriber plans to ensure reliable AI processing for everyone
- Daily allowances are pooled per account, so team members you invite share them with you
- Subscribers who need more can request a daily limit increase in the app when they hit a limit
- You can upgrade anytime from Settings > Subscription > Upgrade to Pro, which opens the in-app paywall
- Cancelling starts in the app with Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription, which then hands you off to the App Store, Google Play, or our web billing portal to finish
