Flippd imports up to 2 years of your eBay history — active listings and sold items with their real sale prices. Two years is as far back as eBay's order and fee records reach, and it's the longest range the import picker offers. Exact eBay fees and shipping label costs attach automatically to your recent sales (roughly the last 3 months) and to every sale from then on.
What Comes In
Active listings — title, photos, price, and quantity
Sold items — with the real amount the buyer paid (including shipping you charged), not just the list price
Actual eBay fees — the exact fees eBay recorded, not an estimate, for recent sales (roughly the last 3 months) and every sale going forward
Shipping label costs — what you paid for labels bought through eBay, on the same recent-and-ongoing basis as fees
Refunds — booked against the sale so your profit stays accurate (and if a payment dispute later resolves in your favor, the adjustment clears automatically)
The import pre-selects 2 Years and Active + Sold listings; tick Ended or Unsold to bring those in too.
When It Shows Up
Items appear first. A large store can take a while to import — it runs on our servers, so you can leave the screen and check back.
Fees and shipping costs land right after the items, usually within a few minutes of the import finishing.
Very recent sales may show fees a little later — eBay doesn't finalize fees the moment a sale happens. They fill in automatically on a later sync — Flippd checks eBay every 30 minutes and does a full refresh once a day — typically within a day.
Older Sales
Sales older than about 3 months import with their real sale price, but not their exact fee and label records yet. This is an eBay API access level, not a bug or a missing setting: by default, eBay only shares detailed order records from the last ~90 days with connected apps. We've applied to eBay for their expanded access program, and once it's granted, exact fees and shipping labels for your full 2 years of sales will fill in automatically — no re-import or action needed on your part.
Until then, you can add fees to older sales manually if you want them in your profit numbers.
Sales older than 2 years are beyond the reach of eBay's order records, so they can't be imported automatically. Add them manually and they'll live alongside your imported history.
Good to Know
Fees and shipping costs on synced eBay sales come from eBay's actual records and are kept in line with eBay on later syncs. If one ever looks wrong, contact support from the ? Help icon in the header rather than editing around it — we'll take a look.
