How do I see what eBay sync changed (Activity Log)?
Open Settings > Integrations, tap your eBay card, then tap Activity log. The eBay Activity Log lists every import, sync, and error from the last 30 days, grouped by day. To browse the items themselves, tap Items synced on the same screen to open Imported items.
Step-by-Step
Go to Settings and tap Integrations ("Connect eBay & other platforms")
Tap the eBay card to open its detail screen
Under Connection details you'll see Connected since, Last successful sync, and Items synced
Tap Activity log to open the eBay Activity Log
Use the chips to narrow the list: All, Syncs, Errors, or Imports
Type in Search to find entries by message, stock number, or item title. If nothing matches you'll see "No activity matches this filter" with Clear search / Clear filters
Tap an entry that shows an expand arrow to see item-level changes, shown as
field: old → newwith the stock number and titleTap Refresh (top right) or pull down to reload
To see the items rather than the events, go back to the eBay detail screen and tap Items synced:
Imported -- the inventory items linked to eBay. Tap one to open it like any other item.
Updated -- price and quantity updates recorded by sync.
Skipped -- listings you chose not to import during review, with the reason ("You chose to keep your existing item").
The heading shows "{imported} imported, {skipped} skipped", and Search imported items matches a title, SKU, or stock number.
Good to Know
Entries you'll see in the log include "Import complete: X new, Y updated, Z linked, W skipped", "Imported "title" from eBay", "Linked "title" to existing item", "Review resolved: ...", "Synced sold from eBay", "Skipped price change -- disabled in your sync settings", "Synced finances: ...", "Recorded N partial sale(s)", "Reverted N item(s) whose marketplace order was cancelled", and "eBay sync paused/resumed". Routine connection and token entries are hidden.
Error entries have a red border and a Reconnect account button that takes you back to the eBay detail screen.
When a sync fails, the detail screen shows a Sync assistant card with What failed?; tapping it opens the Activity Log, where you can tap the Errors chip. An Errors row also appears under Connection details.
On Home, the Sync needs your attention banner ("eBay sync is paused. Reconnect to start importing again.") has a Fix button that opens the eBay detail screen. The Listings awaiting review banner opens the review screen, not the log.
The log shows the 50 most recent entries, and entries are kept for 30 days. Item-level changes live on for longer: every synced change is saved to each item's history, so you can always trace what eBay updated from the item itself.
Only the account owner sees the reconnect options; members can still read the log.
